1. Agreement

3. Coaches, content, and ownership

Coaches retain ownership of the content they upload and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and deliver it to their enrolled students for the purpose of operating the service. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have all rights to their content and that it is lawful and non-infringing. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments, refunds & withdrawal

Paid courses and subscriptions are offered by the coach through the platform; payments are processed by Stripe. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content; no attempts to breach security, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform; no automated webhook/URL targets aimed at internal or third-party systems; and no reselling or sharing access without authorization.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create legal or security risk. You may close your account at any time. Sections on ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Coaching and course content is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
